हे survey काय देते.
आमची As-Built सेवा अस्तित्वातील किंवा पूर्ण झालेल्या structure च्या प्रत्यक्ष constructed positions, sizes आणि levels documentation करते — footprints, columns, walls, floor heights, utilities आणि final levels — approved drawings शी जुळवून किंवा redevelopment, renovation व fit-outs साठी नवीन drawings म्हणून. आमचा स्वतःचा in-house architectural studio असल्याने, architect ला as-built कडून नेमके काय हवे — योग्य detail, CAD layers व format — हे आम्हाला माहीत असते, त्यामुळे आमची drawings थेट त्यांच्या design workflow मध्ये वापरता येतात — फार थोड्या surveyors कडे असलेली ही edge आहे. यामुळे redevelopment societies व त्यांचे consultants, इमारत किंवा society चे redevelopment करणारे architects, high-end interior व commercial projects, आणि national retail व F&B franchise fit-outs साठी जागा तयार करणारे developers यांच्यासाठी आम्ही योग्य पर्याय ठरतो.
